The Department of Commerce (“the Department”) is amending its regulations governing the submission of information to the Department in antidumping duty (“AD”) and countervailing duty (“CVD”) proceedings. These amendments will incorporate changes resulting from the Department's implementation of an electronic filing and documents management program. More detailed procedures for electronic filing are set forth in a document separate from the regulations that is entitled “IA ACCESS Handbook On Electronic Filing Procedures” (“IA ACCESS Handbook”), which the Department has published on its Web site at http://iaaccess.trade.gov.
